Rationale for the business:

The business that I want to do is pub business which is a neighborhood bar. It is a

cozy establishment where the locals come for a round of drinks. The main products of

bar are alcoholic drinks which is focused on beer. Based on the observation from the

locals that are in Kuching, Sarawak, Bar is widely accepted by most different level of

people. Hence, I target the youngsters to, but since it is a neighborhood bar, it will

also be suitable for older generation. As I believe that it is a good opportunity for me

to own a successful business.

The reason that I want to start up this business is because bar is one of the most

popular type of business in the world. Unfortunately, I do not have enough capital to

start up this business, so in order for me to start up this business I need to have

investors to provide capital for this business. The advantages of this business is that it

is already a popular type of business which make it easier to go to market and target

many customers. Therefore, if this proposal succeed, it will be profitable and bring

potential to get more investors and expand the market.
