Mr. TOMAS LUMANG GALANO, JR. a resident of Block 7-ClOt 14 Phase 3

E 1, Longos, Malabon City was found positive for Methamphetamine during the
conduct of “Oplan Harabas” on April, 15, 2019 which operation was conducted
on all bus drivers.

In a Confirmatory Test however conducted by Malabon Anti-Drug Abuse

Center, said Tomas Galano yielded a NEGATIVE result for the use of any
dangerous drugs. (Attached of the Drug Test Report dated 9/12/2019 is hereto
attached).

Thus, this CERTIFICATION is issued for purposes of clearing MR.

GALANO from any obligations, liabilities and charges in relation to violation of
RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 as far as this
Regional Office VIII is concerned.

However, this Certifictaion does not extend any obligations, liabilities, or

charges filed or is pending before any other courts or tribunal in other regions or
other parts of the country.
