NCCT STUDY OF PARANASAL SINUSES

 Both maxillary sinuses are clear. No evidence of any bony destruction is


seen.

 Bilateral osteomeatal complexes are clear. No evidence of any blockage


is seen.

 Ethmoid, sphenoid and frontal sinuses are clear.

 Nasal septum is in midline.

 Bilateral nasal turbinates are seen normally.

 A soft tissue space occupying lesion is seen along left lateral nasal
wall in subcutaneous tissues measuring 18x9mm.No bony erosion is seen .

IMPRESSION:

 SOFT TISSUE SPACE OCCUPYING LESION ALONG LEFT LATERAL NASAL WALL …?
NATURE.[ ? SEBACEOUS CYST ].

Clinical correlation is necessary.
