Memorandum of Understanding
This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is made on this ________________
By and Between
Since Technologies is an enterprise incorporated under the Indian
proprietary Act, 1948-D and within the meaning of Section 6 of the
proprietary Act, 1961 having its Head Office at Office No-7, Bld-2, Prestige
Complex, Telco Road, Chinchwad, Pune-411019 (Hereinafter referred to as
“Since Technologies”)
And
<Institute Name> located at <Address>, (hereinafter referred to as “< >”)

Whereas, Since Technologies, and <Institute Name> propose to build a

strong bond with each other and facilitate initiation of mutually beneficial
activities in the field of technical, managerial and social knowledge sharing,
optimization of resources, educational enhancement, expertise
augmentation and become a role model for any Industry-Institute Interaction.

The Objectives of the MOU

This MoU provides the basis for interaction between Since Technologies &
<Institute Name>, to involve “Since Technologies“ and its associates and
<Institute Name> to engage in the activities of:
1. Research and Special projects:
a. Since Technologies executives and the institutes’ faculty and
students will engage collaboratively in areas such as business
research, process improvement, business modeling, product
development, product testing, …..etc.
2. Improve educational outcomes:
a. Facilitate inputs which will improve the learning experience of
students, through initiatives such as guest lectures, industrial
visits, etc.
3. Joint educational programs:
a. Management Development programs.
b. “Learn-while-you-earn” programs, so that Since Technologies
employees acquire certifications / diplomas / degrees while on
the job. For e.g. employees of Since Technologies can undertake
post graduate studies with <Institute Name>.
c. Sharing of facilities e.g. Corporate Training Centre, Library, etc
d. <Institute Name> will provide lodging and boarding facilities, at
very reasonable costs, for “Since Technologies“employees for
their Induction program, on the job training for their employees
or any similar activities.
4. Improve “employability” of students of UG and PG program:
a. Internship programs, by which students can demonstrate their
competencies leading to Pre-placement offers (PPOs) from Since
Technologies.
b. Early Job offers. Students can be selected reasonably before
completion of their course. Such students can undergo Since
Technologies specific training, so that they can hit-the-ground
running as soon as they enter their jobs.
5. Provide Certification courses to students and staff:

 Since Technologies will provide training and certification programs to
all members of <Institute Name> to enhance their skills such as
following:
● Certification Program in Advance Excel
● Certification Program in Social Media Marketing.
● Certification Program in Web Marketing.
● Certification Program in Google Analytics.
● Certification Program in MS-Office.
● Certification Program in SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
● Certification Program in SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
● Certification Program in Work Culture Management.
● Certification Program in Soft Skills.
● Certification Program in Personality Development.
● Certification Program in Effective Communication Skill.
● Certification Program in Technical Writing.
● Certification Program in Public Speaking.
● Certification Program in Research Methodology.
● Certification Program in Programming Techniques.
● Certification Program in Software Engineering.
● Certification Program in Project Management.
● Certification Program in Business Management.
● Certification Program in MS Project.
● Certification Program in Strategic Work Force Planning.
● Certification Program in Technical Communication Tools.
● Certification Program in Quality Control and Assurance.
● Certification Program in NLP Practitioner.
● Certification Program in Stress Management.
● Certification Program in Time Management.
● Certification Program in Memory Techniques.
● Certification Program in Leadership Development.

Additionally will provide on demand customized programs to
<Institute Name>.

6. Jointly promote social programs for society including CSR, Environment

and Education.

Action Plan:
1) A Committee shall be formed under the joint leadership of the nominees
of “Since Technologies“and <Institute Name>. Minutes of Meeting will
be maintained.
2) The committee shall meet at an agreed frequency to plan activities,
assign responsibilities, obtain internal approvals in case costs are
involved and take them to satisfactory conclusion.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding is only to express the
intentions of the Parties and is not intended to be legally binding on either
party.
2. The terms of cooperation for each specific activity contemplated under
this Memorandum of Understanding including costs involved shall be
mutually discussed and agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to the
initiation of that activity.
3. This Memorandum of Understanding imposes no financial obligations on
either party.
4. Each party recognizes that the other party has, may have or will have
arrangements of a similar or different nature with other institutions during
the occurrence of this Memorandum of Understanding.
5. Each party shall keep confidential any information that it receives from
the other party. Publication of any material that is jointly developed by

 the two parties will be considered as confidential and will not be shared in
any public forum or with any third party, without prior consent / approval
of the other in writing, obtained from the authorized signatory.
6. This memorandum shall remain in effect for the period of one year from
the date of its execution by both parties. Either Party may terminate this
Memorandum of Understanding by giving seven days’ notice in writing to
the other Party.
7. The terms of cooperation may be extended beyond the terms mentioned
in this Memorandum of Understanding, basis discussion and upon mutual
agreement between the two parties.
8. Neither Party shall make any public announcements in connection with
this MOU without the prior written approval of the other Party.
9. Any disputes or differences with respect to or in relation with this MOU
shall be settled by mutual discussions of the Parties within a period of
thirty (30) days. In case Parties fail to amicably settle the disputes or
differences within the aforesaid period, this MOU shall stand terminated.

In witness thereof, “Since Technologies“and <Institute Name> have caused this

Memorandum of Understanding to be executed by their duly authorized
representatives, on the date, month and year herein above mentioned.
