    RE: : 18KF0121 - Repair/Maintenance of DOJ Building, Hall of Justice

    Ma’am:

    Relative to the above stated project undertaken by the herein contractor, as per
    original plan, only SIX (6) sheets of Hardi-Flex are intended to remove & replace Atty.
    Erma Celdran’s office ceiling, but she rejected to have it remove and insist that the
    whole ceiling of her office be replaced instead.

    In this view, we informed DPWH on this matter, and to find additional budget to
    address this concern.

    Rest assured that we shall keep you posted on the development of the same.
