4. Project design brief report.
5. HVAC layout quality (stamped and signed by the main
consultant).
6. Glazed Elements – Fenestration performance
Requirements as per the latest D.M circular.
7. U -Value calculations as per the latest D.M relevant
circulars.
8. Summary of thermal load calculations as per the
latest D.M relevant circulars (Two Scenarios), and
Thermal load calculations by HAP program
(input/output data in pdf).
9. Ventilation design parameters /calculations.
10. Fresh air parameters/ calculations as per ASHRAE
Std. - Heat recovery calculations (LMTD, Ratio,
efficiency).
11. Smoke management parameters/ strategic plan.
12. Basements smoke extract parameters and layout.
13. Heat exchangers (LMTD, Ratio, efficiency).
14. Chilled waters pumps (design data and performance)
and cooling tower (if applicable).
15. Noise level and sound attenuation calculations (If
required).
16. Energy consumption estimation and preservation
scenarios/control.
17. Schematic layout of building envelope HVAC system
(stamped and signed by the main consultant).
18. Confirmation letter for insulation, glazing...thermal
components/elements as per D.M regulations
(stamped and signed by the main consultant).
19. Conformity to international standards (ASHRAE &
SMACNA) and local regulations (stamped and signed
by the main consultant).
20. Design parameters and specifications for the solar
water system as per D.M circular No: (183).
21. All HVAC drawings and Required Documents shall be
submitted as per the above items accordingly in pdf
format.
