Under Graduate/Post Graduate Consolidated or All Semester wise mark sheets (completed till date)
Under Graduate/Post Graduate Provisional or Degree or Convocation certificate issued by University (if
applicable)
Any 1 of the Government ID Proofs (Mandatory): PAN Card/Aadhar Card/Passport
