The schedule of Hostel Admission for the 2nd Year students of the College for the session
2018-19 (Boys & Girls) is detailed as under:-

BOYS
STUDENTS ADMITTED ON (MERIT & SELF)

i. Hostel Reservation from 19.08.2019 to 21.08.2019


ii. Venue: BUTLER HOSTEL Room No.35 & 36
iii. Timings: 8.00 AM to 4.00 PM
iv. Display of Merit List 24.08.2019 at 4.00 PM
v. Submission of Fee (OPEN) 26.08.2019
vi. Submission of Fee (SELF) 27.08.2019

Venue: Fee submission HARDINGE HOSTEL


Timings: 8.00 AM to 4.00 PM

GIRLS
STUDENTS ADMITTED ON (MERIT & SELF)

i. Hostel Admission from 19.08.2019 to 21.08.2019


ii. Submission of Fee: 19 & 21 August 2019

Venue: KHUSHAL HOSTEL


Timings: 8.00 AM to 4.00 PM

Hostel Admission Fee Rs: 3000/- Security & 27000/- Annual Hostel Admission Fee =
Total = 30,000/-

The fresh applicant shall produce the following requirements for the hostel admissions.

1. Father/valid Guardian as per Hostel Rules & Regulations (Mandatory).


2. Three photographs passport size.

NOTE: Applications received after the due date shall be placed on the 2nd waiting list.
Candidate failing to appear before the Hostel Admission Committee on the notified date and
time shall lose the right/claim of allotment of hostel seat.

time and venue mentioned above)
14- Manager HBL, Campus Branch (with the request to depute the official on
time and venue mentioned above)
