We would like to inform you about extracurricular activities that will be held starting on 7th August 2019.
These activities will be detailed as follows:

Notes:

1. All the activities are held on every Wednesday.

2. They are held 4 times a month. There will be no activities on the fifth week if the 4 time a month
requirement has been fulfilled
3. Make up class will be held to replace if we can’t hold the regular activities on Wednesday due to
holiday or teacher’s absence.
4. There will be no extracurricular activities in December and July.
5. After registering your kid into one extracurricular activity, parents are not allowed to cancel and
change into another activity until the end of semester.
6. Please enlist your kid’s name at Admin Office to register trial classes you want to join on Friday,
19th July 2019 by the latest.
7. Please register your kid’s extracurricular activities on Wednesday, 31st July2019 by the latest
8. Ballet outfits cost IDR. 520.000 (hair band, tutu, shoes and socks)
9. Taekwondo outfits IDR 285.000 (dobok and belt)
10. Parents don’t need to supply any music instrument if registering their kid into Music activity
