 It is the modern type of transportation utilizes


electricity instead of the more expensive diesel.
 It was the brainchild of Green Renewable
Independent Power Producer Inc. or (GRIPP) in
partnership with Mr. Robert Ruckett the President of
the Solar Electric Company in the Philippines
 Ejeepney the first public transport of its kind in South
East Asia were launched July 1, 2008 in a historic
drive along Ayala Avenue in Makati.

large quantities of black smoke

to its primitice exhaust system
