    Hi Sir,

    Good evening! We would like to inform you concerning delays on submission of documents

    particularly on direct pick-up/transfers.

    We were only given (2) days after stocks were received at InEx.

    Pick-up team will arrived at InEx around 5pm(the earliest),InEx will receive the physical stocks.(day 1)

    Due to numbers of accounts assigned for every Collector, he will be able to accomplished and submit his
    documents the next day in an average number of RTV basis.(day2)

    Our validator will then check and validate the documents on that particular day before submission.

    And we still have documents coming from South Luzon areas for validation(day3).
