Objectives:

The purpose of this study is to create a protein powder for insect/bug eater that are extracted
from Periplaneta Americana (American Cockroach). Specifically, this study aims to:

1. Determine the parts of Periplaneta Americana that are going to be extracted to get the
protein.
2. Enumerate the proteins that are present in the parts of Periplaneta Americana.
3. Explain the process that’s going to be executed in making the protein
4. Examine the benefits of the protein extracted from Periplaneta Americana as substitute
for dietary protein consumption of insect or bug eater.
