Step 1. Check the Spinning Bobbin
It is possible that weak yarn occurs frequently on the spinning bobbin.
Replace the spinning bobbin, and check if tension breaks occur. If they do not occur, it can be assumed that there is a problem
with the spinning bobbin.
* If tension breaks occur due to defective winding at the end of the spinning bobbin winding, improvement is necessary on the
spinning frame.

Step 2. Check the Movable Bal-Con Center Position

Check to see if the spinning bobbin is at the center of the movable Bal-Con.
Lower the movable Bal-Con manually while the unit operation switch is pulled.
If the spinning bobbin is shifted to the left or right, loosen the
ejector frame screw and adjust so that it is at the center of the
movable Bal-Con. Bobbin Movable Bal-Con

Step 3. Check that the Movable Bal-Con has Lowered

Use the unit operation buttons to ensure that the movable Bal-Con stop
position meets the top of the bobbin chase.
If it is not aligned at the upper end, refer to chapters 4La and 4Lb in the
instruction manual and adjust the position. Movable Bal-Con
