1 1.- PRE-LOADING
a) Checking of Soil Capacity (Platform) according to requirements for Trestle and
Cranes
b) Drainage of platform is appropriate to drain the water in short time after heavy
rain avoiding pods and mud conditions
c) Trestle Foundation Slabs are in correctly position to erect SBG according to
Span Kinematics drawings.
d) Trestle Towers, Walls, Service Platforms and Accsess Ladders are assembled
according to the tolerances
e) 250t Span Jacks are positioned at both pier of the erection span in accordance
to the drawing for span jacks. See drawing SSP-H-WCTB-PKG4-OVPR-CNS-
VSO-043133
f) The platform to receive SBG loader must be well compacted.
g) Each SBG arrived to site in the required sequence and orientation (Indicate
Yes/No).

h) Install lifting frame by using either winch or crane
i) Tie the SBG with four numbers of lifting bar (flogged tight).
j) Check the hight tension bar is not mechanically or heat damage. To check
100% of Lifting Bars for full span.
k) Spreader pins are well connect with the lifting frame
l) Connection pins between HB and LF are full inserted and placed split pin, for
each SBG

2 1.- FINAL ALIGNMENT
a) Setting SBG#1 by using span jacks and cylinder at spreader beam to get the
correct alignment and position.
b) Match-fit SBG#1 and SBG#2 by control survey. Ensure the shear key are well
match.
c) Install top temporary stressing system (TSS) after joining of segment complete.
d) Raise the 250t span jacks until they touch the pier segment soffit.
e) Check the sledge plate gap under the span jacks to allow 20mm rebound during
load transfer.
f) After complete permanent stressing, transfer load of span to the pier by using
Span Jacks on the Pier Heads.
g) Screw Jacks on the Towers are disengaged (100% Load on the Span Jacks)
