PANORAMA RECORDINGS 2019 PANORAMA CREATIVE MUSIC SUMMIT ‘The Panorama Creative Music Summit returns to Bakersfield College on September 16-19, 2019 at the Simonsen Performing Arts Center Indoor Theater. Presented by the Jazz Studies and Commercial Music Programs, the summit is an annual showcase for acclaimed visiting artists, local performers, and BC faculty, students, and alumni performing original music and exploring a broad range of styles and creative approaches across the jazz-pop continuum.
