    d. Sportswear- exercise sessions
    e. Enough clothes for the period
    f. Black Trouser(Men) and Black Decent Skirt(Ladies) Befit Sabbath
    N.B: No trousers for ladies, skirts and dresses should be long enough, no
    revealing clothes, no T-shirts for men, avoid clothes with funny writings, your
    dress, God's choice.
    3. Bath Toiletries
    a. Soap
    b. Toothbrush and paste
    c. Body oil
    d. Face towel
    e. Towel
    f. Slippers
    g. Shower cap for ladies
    h. Tissue paper
    i. Sanitary pads for ladies
