Good day!

As a preparation for the upcoming Investiture & 2 nd PCNHS Indoor Advancement Training Camp this October 2017, we, the Senior and Alumni
Scouts of our beloved school, would like to request your good office’s approval for the conduct of our 1st PCNHS Scouts Day Camp on
September 23, 2017 (Saturday) from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM at our campus grounds. The objectives of the said event are as follows:

 Teaching the basics, ethics, and history of Scouting.

 Culminating activity for the merit badges Safety, First-Aid, and Physical Fitness.
 Raise organization’s funds for the upcoming Investiture & 2 nd Indoor Advancement Training Camp this October 2017.
 Enhancing the unity and organizational knowledge among ourselves.
 Giving our scout’s a fun and knowledgeable day camp.

The said event will require our members a P100.00 registration fee which will cover food, activity materials, and miscellaneous expenses. 50
% of the total collected fee will be used as preparatory expenses for the Investiture and 2 nd Indoor Advancement Training Camp this October
2017 (Souvenir Items, Camp I.D.s, Foods and certificates for the guest speakers, etc.)

The program of the day camp will be attached to this letter. We believe that the day camp will help our members gain knowledge of the basics
of scouting and train themselves to give their full potential to achieve the Eagle rank (the highest advancement rank). It will also help us prepare
the said upcoming scouting events this Scouting month (October 2017) so that these events will be memorable, knowledgeable, and most
importantly, fun for our scouts.
