Conduct, participate in and analyze wage and benefits surveys and other available
information sources to support plan design and evaluate the competitiveness and
effectiveness of the organizations compensation and benefits plans.
Assist with preparation for HR Cycle activities, including but not limited to: Annual
Salary Review, Annual Incentive Scheme, Annual Development Review, Annual
Performance Review, and Long Term Incentive Share Awards.
Advise business leaders regarding job leveling, salary administration and bonus
targets within the framework of a total reward offering.
Assist in administering and communicating the company's benefits programs including
health and welfare programs (medical, dental, vision, prescription, life insurance,
etc.) and retirement plans.
