 ENTRY GUIDELINES
(Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting the entries)

GENERAL

 Genres: Documentary, Feature length films, Short films, Animation, Community Videos on any of the competition categories.
 Duration: Films upto the length of 120 min only (including credits).
 Cut off Year: Films produced after January 1, 2018 are eligible for the festival.
 Entries are invited in all languages. Non-English language productions must include English subtitles.
 Entrant may submit more than 1 film in the festival. Each film must be accompanied by a separate Entry Form and Entry Fee.
 Submission Deadline: Regular Entry: July 31, 2019, Late Entry: August 20, 2019, Extended Entry: September 10, 2019.

ENTRY FEE

 Entry Fee details and mode of payment are given in the ENTRY FORM. Entry Fee is mandatory and non-refundable.

PREVIEW & SCREENING COPIES

 Send us (By Courier/Post) USB Drive/two DVDs OR Online link of your film.
 All materials must be sent prepaid. Collect or C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.
 Organizers will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any films. All films and related materials may be insured by the
entrant against any damage or loss which may occur during transit or in the course of the festival.
 Judging and exhibition copies submitted to the Festival will not be returned and will be a part of the Festival Archives.
 Films submitted in WIFF will be included in other non-commercial public screenings, around the world in other film festivals,
as well as in travelling film festivals and other educational activities.

 The award carries prestigious Woodpecker Trophy and Citation.

DISPUTES AND SETTLEMENT

 It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of WIFF to change the content, timing, duration and venue of the film
festival without further notice. Information regarding any change will be uploaded on the website only.
 Submission of Entries implies full acceptance of the festival guidelines.
 Films once entered cannot be withdrawn.
 All matters NOT mentioned in these regulations will be decided by the Festival Director. The discretion to make an exception
to any rules and regulations of the festival will rest with the Festival Director.
 All disputes are subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts and forums in New Delhi only.
