1. Para No. 1 needs no comments as it is an introducing para of
the petitioner.

2. There is no coaster service but it is a mini-bus. The petitioner

is put to proof the standards of vehicle.

3. The Petitioner is operating vehicles from the mentioned

spot unauthorizedly. However, the Government of Sindh
is committed to shift all the illegal bus stands/addas
outside the city limits for smooth operation of vehicles in
the cities. In this regard, criteria’s has been prepared and
published through the public notices inviting expression
of interests from all interested parties/companies. (copy
of criteria enclosed)

4. As stated in para-3 above.

5. No comments.

6. Since the mentioned spot is not an appropriate point

occupied by the petitioner. So far as the encroachment on
badin stop is concerned the Transport Authority is
conscious to remove the encroachments along with law
enforcement and municipal administration.
 7. As stated in para-6 above. However, the mentioned plot
is not appropriate spot. The Transport & Mass Transit
Department has decided to adopt the following measures
to control such menace:-

a. Assess/Review the existing addas/pick & drop

points
b. Evaluate performance indicators for sustainable
transport terminals.
c. Make general guidelines for design of efficient and
a sustainable bus terminal

8. Denied, the Transport Authority is taking cognize efforts to

remove the illegal addas/pick & points and encroachments
from general bus stand.

9. No comments.

10. As stated in para-6,7 & 8 above.

11. No comments. It is upon Honourable Court to decide

PRAYER:-

The prayer clause mostly pertains to Respondent No.1, 3 and 4. However,

neither the mentioned plot is appropriate nor the petitioner has provided the relevant
papers of vehicles and plot.
