Inter Circle Roaming with Vodafone as VLMN in Delhi Area

BSNL Odisha has launched the Inter Circle Roaming with Vodafone as VLMN in Delhi Area for
GSM Prepaid mobile services w.e.f. 21.09.17 and for GSM Postpaid mobile services w.e.f.
12.02.2018 for out roaming customers of Odisha at Delhi.

1. Prepaid Tariff for BSNL customer roaming in Delhi with M/s Vodafone as VLMN
(a)Particulars Local calls STD calls
Outgoing Voice Calls Rs. 0.80 per min Rs. 1.15 per minute
SMS Rs. 0.25 Rs. 0.38
(b) The incoming voice call for BSNL customer roaming in Delhi with M/s Vodafone as VLMN
will be charged @ Rs. 0.45/minute.
(c) Data Charges for BSNL Customers for Inter Circle Roaming with M/s Vodafone for “BSNL
as a Seeker” in Delhi would be charged @ 0.25P/10KB.
(d) Any type of STV including data STV will not be applicable for BSNL customer roaming in
Delhi with M/s Vodafone as VLMN.
2. Postpaid Tariff for BSNL customer roaming in Delhi with M/s Vodafone as VLMN
(a) The BSNL postpaid mobile customer roaming in Delhi with M/s Vodafone as VLMN will be
charged as per standard MTNL rate.
(b) The incoming voice call for BSNL Postpaid Customers for roaming in Delhi with M/s
Vodafone as VLMN will be charged @ Rs. 0.45/minute.
(c) Any type of Add-on including data will not be applicable for BSNL postpaid mobile
customer roaming in Delhi with M/s Vodafone as VLMN.
The Data tariffs for BSNL Customers for Inter Circle Roaming with M/s Vodafone for
“BSNL as a Seeker” in Delhi @ 0.25P/10KB.

Process of Activation/Deactivation Vodafone roaming.

 After customer sends “ACT ROAM to 53333”, the server will receive the message and
Billing server will send the message as:
 “Dear Customer, Your additional roaming activation request for docket_no xxxx is
received. Thanks BSNL.”
 “Dear customer, as requested, your additional roaming service has now been activated.
Please choose the Vodafone/MTNL network manually and also note that I/C calls are
chargeable. For Prepaid, no STV will work. For tariff details, call 18001801503.
 To deactivate additional roaming service send SMS “DEACT ROAM” to 53333”
