Salsas: Best French Dressing
Salsas: Best French Dressing
This salad dressing is super delicious, very easy to prepare, vegan, gluten free, and very healthy. This
is the one I always take with me to potlucks, because it is always so well received, and I get many
requests for that recipe. This is my very favorite salad dressing! Enjoy!
Recipe:
1 large tomato
I find that this dressing not only makes the salad taste great, but it could also be used on any other
dish that needs a little help.

This is our new series of basics videos - where we're going to show you the stuff that you might feel
like you should know, but don't! Please request anything you'd like to see - we're here to make you
happy.
So we kick off our basics video with a simple French dressing. A good dressing is a wonderful thing
and can transform a humble lettuce leaf into a work of edible art. Or something. And there are so
many different dressings you can make, but French seems a good place to start. Soooo.
Ingredients
6 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (nicer for dressings than normal olive oil)
seasalt
Put all the above in an empty jam jar. Screw the lid on tight. Shake it, baby. It lasts for a good few
weeks in the fridge.

1 EL Dijon-Senf
½ TL Zucker
Salz
8–10 EL Öl
2–3 EL Weißweinessig
Zubereitung:
