1. In Knowledge areas, which do you think you are strong and weak? Why?

As a Team, we think that we are strong in terms of Quality Management in the knowledge area of
Project management. Why? Because when we we’re working on a certain projects, we always assure that
all activities and tasks needed to maintain a certain level of excellence is assured.

For instance, in our every group meetings, we always take our time to plan ahead on what we
creating and how it will be improve further. We also assures that whenever we are working on a certain
projects, we are determined to prove that every single deliverables will be on the desired level even if we
sacrifice our time doing it.

On the other hand, we as a group are weak in terms of Time management. As what we have said
on the previous statement, we are obsessed in ensuring our certain level of quality output that even we
sacrifice our time doing it.

In the end, we always extend our time creating a certain module of a project because we will see
something unnecessary factors to improve it and we will do it regardless, even though we know that fact.

In conclusion, we can assure that we could do a desirable level of quality given we have time in
the world to do it.

We think, scheduling management, the other knowledge area of project management can solve, if
not, improve our weakness which is time management

Why? Because in scheduling, you can monitor which modules in the project are needed to finish
on time. If we openly monitor our schedule every time we are working on a certain module, we can see
which is necessary is necessary to finish before we can make our improvement about it.

Even if we focused on a certain module improving it as we sacrifice our time doing it, if we just
follow our schedule, then we can finish everything with quality without losing time.
