General Terms & Conditions :

• Each and every participant will be issued an activity card on individual basis only. No common
card will be issued to the group. Refundable Security Deposit Of Rs. 100/- per activity card
will be charged Balance if any remaining in the activity card will not be refunded.
• Damage charges applicable if any.
• A signed & filled declaration form by every individual guest on arrival at the Park is mandatory,
validated and supported with a Photo-id proof
• No refund if any particular activity is not operation due to technical reason.
• Promotional Offers if any cannot be clubbed, only one offer OR discount would be applicable at
any given time.
• Management reserve the right to refuse entry OR remove Guests from the park for offensive
behavior, Queue line jumping, failure to follow marshals instructions OR failure to comply with
the terms and conditions of the park.
• Management is not responsible for any loss OR damage of any personal belongings.
• Any damages or loss of property caused by an individual guest during his/her presence in the
property will be redeemed from the guest in full.
• Instructions given by Supervisors have to be followed.
• Ticket is valid for the authorized individual guest only & cannot be shared OR transferred.
• Height, Weight criteria for the activities to be followed strictly
• Following the queue manager is compulsory. Applicable waiting time will have to be followed for
each activity in the adventure park.
• Management reserves the right to withdraw/Change Packages & Policies at Sole discretion without
prior intimation OR notice.
• All Tickets (Day/Night) would be valid for One Day OR Night usage Only. Including Resort
Resident Guest, no carry forward of the same would be allowed for the next day.

• Locker Room facilities are available at the park and would be charged extra @ INR 100/- Per Locker and
Refundable security deposit of INR 200/- would be applicable Per Locker.
• Footwear available on rental @ Rs. 100/- + Taxes, Per Pair and refundable security deposit of Rs.
500/-
• Kids below 12 years need to be accompanied by an adult.
• Guest can purchase Night Activity Tickets from 06.00PM onwards in the Resort & entre the Resort,
Activities would begin and allowed to the Guest from 08.00PM onwards only.
