Schedule for conducting First-come-First-Serve (FCFS) round-2

Following students shall only be eligible to participate in First-Come-First-Serve

round:
1) Students who are not admitted in any college. (Including students who were
allotted to their first preference college but not taken admission)
2) Students who are not allotted to any college in rounds conducted so far.
3) Students who have cancelled their admissions.
4) Students who are rejected.
5) All ATKT students.
6) Fresh registered students.

Students who are eligible for FCFS rounds (as mentioned above) are categorized in
below manner:
1) First Category (60% & above):- Students who have passed with 60% & above
marks in their 10th standard (SSC), will fall under this category.
2) Second Category (35% & above) Students who have passed with 35% & above
marks in their 10th Standard (SSC), will fall under this category. However,
students of first category who haven’t got any college in first category, will also
get the chance along with second category students.
3) Third Category (ATKT Students): Students who got ATKT in March 2018 or July
2018 will fall under this category. However, students of first category and
second category who haven’t got any college in their respective categories, will
also get the chance along with third category students

Below is the schedule for the conduction of FCFS round:

2018 partially filled their registration form.
I. Students who haven’t registered for online
admission process, can collect the booklet
from nearest guidance Centre. After
collecting the booklet, student can
proceed with further steps as mentioned
in the booklet.
II. Students who have partially filled their
registration form, shall visit the nearest
guidance Centre and get their part-1 form
approved by verifying the necessary
documents.
3. If any college wish to surrender their quota
seats, they can do the same during this
interval. Quota Surrender link will be active
during this period. (4th to 5th September 2018,
From 11:00 AM to 5 PM)

2. Note: Students who cancel their admissions, can participate in FCFS round-2. But
as this round is an FCFS round, seats which are visible as vacant, might get filled
immediately as it may get allotted to another student who applies for it. Hence,
if the student cancel his/her admission then he/she shall be solely responsible.
Therefore, students are requested to cancel their admission thoughtfully.
3. 5th September 7:00 PM Overall vacancy list for the FCFS round for the First
2018 category students will be displayed.

4. 6 Sept 2018 From 10:00 FCFS panel will be active for students eligible For
AM to 5 PM. the First Category (60% and above). Only first
category students will be allowed and can opt For
the facility of First-come-First-Serve (FCFS).
5. 6th Sept to 7th From 6th Students can take an admission in the provided
Sept 2018 Sept. 10:00 time duration by approaching to the allotted
AM to 7th Colleges.
