Description 
Ensure floor servicing is smoothly execute. Attend to each and every customer 
with the utmost respect. 

Jobscope 
1. Serving Order 
2. Ensure table is neat, presentable and comfortable at all times 
3. Ensure menu is prepared and tidy 
4. Ensure all game/equipment like dices/ashtray are ready 
5. Ensure glasses for liquor are readily avail. 
6. Always serve glasses to 90% full for beer, 95% for liquor

Workflow 
Pre-Operational 
● Check-in with supervisor 
● Setting up each and every table 
● Setting up each and every KTV room 
● Report any issues found (Faulty table/glasses etc.) 
● Compile and report to supervisor according to reporting document 

Operation Hour 
● According to job scope mentioned 
● Standing by and focus on your designated coverage area 
● Attend to any customer as and when needed 

Closing 
● Clean and tidy up the table according to closing standard 
● Throw all the rubbish cooperatively to the designated area set by the 
mall 
● Keep empty crates/boxes accordingly 
● No visible unwanted items in the common area/KTV room 
● Report to supervisor before leave 
 

Working Hour 
8pm-4am 
1 day leave/week, avoid Fri, Sat and Sun
