PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE FILING RTR(A) EXAM

LAST DATE FOR hyd ONLINE FILLING IS 13 sep 19

1. Go to Bharatkosh.in and create an ID for payment of money. Register under

Telecom controller.
a. Go to Dept of telecommunication and pay Rs 500/- towards RTR(A) exam
fees. PAO will be Delhi/Tamil Nadu/west bengal/Maharashtra depending
on centre.
b. For hyd, Pao is chennai.
c. Go to my Transaction and note the Challan no. Download receipt, it will be
reqd while filling up online application for RTR(A).
2. Go to www.wpc.dot.gov.in and create a log in ID.
3. Keep the following document in scanned format and ready for upload :-
Photo with Signature at bottom.

4. Login on WPC site and select RTR(A) in exam for applying.

5. Follow the instruction on next page and upload these documents.
6. After upload select submit and take a printout of Acknowledgement Receipt.
7. Also take a printout of COP 1 form (Set of 6 Pages) each on separate page.
8. Fill the Cop 1 form and send it to WPC address by Speed Post (NOT courier)
provided on site along with uploaded ddocuments so as to reach by last date.
a. Attested copy of X/ XII (For DOB)
b. Challan Reciept
c. Character Certificate (Page4/5 of Cop 1 form)
d. Attested copy of graduation degree(As in Cop 1 if u write educational
qualification as Graduate)
e. Two photographs (One Pasted in Cop 1 and one along with documents)
