the Exchange.

Dear Sir,

With reference to news item appeared on Economic Times / www.economiclimcs.indiatimes.com dated

September 18, 2019 quoting “No chance of recovery, Sintex lenders in talks with three players to sell
firm”, we would like to clarify that the aforesaid news item is merely market speculation. The Company
will make an announcement in accordance with the relevant regulations as and when a transaction, if any,
is approved by the Board.
You will appreciate since there is no binding contract or non-binding contract from any investor, hence no
disclosable event has occurred. We assure you that any development that are material in nature as well as
any price sensitive information will be intimated immediately.
The Company makes timely disclosures of all the material events, information etc. that have a bearing on
the operation/performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information under Regulation
30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015.

Further, we would like to inform that, to the best of the information available with Company, we do not
have any information/announcements to share with the Stock Exchanges under Regulation 30 of the
| Listing Regulations, which have a bearing on the price behavior of our scrip traded.
