Re: Reminder on The Company’s “No Smoking” Policy
Memorandum No. 1 Series of 2015

In the past week, I have observed that some of our employees were smoking inside our offices,
specifically in their working areas. I would like to remind all the employees that we are strictly enforcing
our company’s “No Smoking” policy.

We all know that the many adverse effects of smoking to our body. It causes different side effects
in our body, because of its nicotine. It creates tartar in our teeth, and causes skin aging, bad breath, smelly
hair, infertility, poor vision and coughing. It is also a fact that smokers are prone to lung cancer. Plus, the
safety of the building is jeopardized.

Places as designated where employees are allowed to smoke, namely parking lot and terraces.
Employees must comply to this policy, or there will be sanctions for violation.
