AFFIDAVIT OF NO RENTAL

I, ROLINDO A. NAVARRO, of legal age, married, Filipino

citizen, and resident of Patville Subdivision, Brgy. Kasambagan, Cebu City,
Cebu, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose
and state:

1. That I am the President and Chairman of SOLIDEARTH

REALTY CORPORATION (SRC);

2. That we conduct business transactions under

SOLIDEARTH REALTY CORPORATION (SRC) at Suite 507 Cebu Holdings
Center, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City;

3. That I am the owner of the condo office where business

dealings of SRC are being conducted, the same being my law office where
my firm, Navarro and Associates, conducts its legal services also;

4. That in view of the foregoing, SRC is not paying any

rental fee for the use of such condo office located in Cebu Holdings Center;
and

5. As such, I execute this Affidavit for whatever legal

purpose it may serve.
