Authors Background Eminent historian, poet, short story writer, Teodoro Andal Agoncillo was a
editor, and professor, Teodoro A. Agoncillo was prominent 20th-century Filipino

Lahi Award from the City of Manila, 1982; and
the posthumous award as National Scientist in
