The bar chart compares the interest of British people donating money to charity by age range, in
1990 and 2010.
According to the data, in 1990 the most generous group was that in the range of 36-50 years, while
the less interested in donation was that of the younger (18-25 years).
In 2010, the trend was quite similar: the group of 36-50 years continued to be important, but
actually the highest peak was that of 51-65 years, while people of 18-25 were still a minority.
In general we can say that the interesting in giving money to poor has been shifted to the older
people from 1990 to 2010.
Even there has always been a growth from the younger group to the third category of 36-50 years,
in 2010 the interest in donation has grown for the older people from 51 years. Indeed, for the last
two categories, the percentage of donors has increased from the past.

In my opinion it's very difficult to achieve a better position in the same company, but is common to
postulate for other organizations for a higher place and a better paid job. I find this practice quite
challenging but at the same time I'm agree that this is the best way for improving different skills and
for exploring different contests. Sometimes people have also the opportunity to turn in other
departments and that could be an opportunity even for companies. For example a person with a
sales background could start in the marketing or sale department, and after many years of
experience he or she could be hired in the financial one, and maybe become a better source for the
company thanks to his or her eclectic background. Moreover, I have the impression that to stay
always in the same company could be stressful even by considering the environment aspect,
because it hasn't to be easy to stay so many years with the same people every day.
By the other side, if the environment is very positive it's natural to establish stronger relationships
with colleagues and to work in a friendly situation, and this is an advantage that people can't always
find everywhere.
To conclude, I think that this decision depend so much to the own character, because to work for
different companies demand a strong adaptability and a huge desire to learn and to grow that are not
commons for everybody. For other persons is more important to have stability or maybe it's just that
they are not interested in career opportunities.
