Rawan Cement Works (Ultratech Cement Ltd.)
Period from : March 2018 to till date
Position: Assistant Manager
Presently working in 16000 TPD integrated plant, looking after Limestone Crusher section and allied
equipment including belt conveyors and Stacker area.

Responsibility:

** Predictive, Preventive and Routine Maintenance, for Crusher( APCM 2022 ) Capacity 1800 tph and
allied equipment including Belt conveyors. Stacker and reclaimer make Tenova Takraf Capacity 1800 tph
** Planning and programming Workshop Activity, and management of Spares parts requirement for
future use.
** Leading a team of Foreman and Technicians guiding them in the maintenance activities.
** Assisting Section Head in Inventory control of spare parts and material pertaining to the department.
** Preparation of purchase indents as per specifications, checking and preparing of cost comparison
statements.
** Maintaining TPM in working area.
** Using SAP system for maintaining the maintenance records and history.
** Using 7 QC tools for breakdown analysis.
** Performing RCFA for critical equipments.

Worked in 20000 TPD integrated plant looking after Material Handling section including Limestone
Stacker and Reclaimer, Coal Stacker and Reclaimer and Wagon tippler and Truck Tippler.

Responsibility:
** Supervise and guide various Mechanical activities in Section.
** Leading a team of Technicians guiding them in the maintenance activities.
** Guiding Maintenance staff in the day to day work.
** Planning Preventive Maintenance schedule for the plant and equipment.

** Increasing the productivity of mill by maintaining the residue of mill.
** Calculation of False air and action taken to reduce false air.
** Optimization of mill by adjusting various parameters.
