OPENING PROGRAM

A smile is always the best form of introduction. Ladies and Gentlemen Welcome to the
District Lecture Series on Table of Specifications, Test Constructions, Art of Questioning,
Item Analysis and Test Banking for MAPEH Teachers.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your presence amidst of your hectic
schedules and ancillary works in your respective schools. It is indeed a pleasure to have you all
today.
A teacher will always seek improvement in his craft. Like a gadget that needs to updated
most of the time. All of us are dispenser of knowledge and willing to accept and adopt changes
to better facilitate learning among our learners. We are here today to be enlightened, to be
refreshed and make our assessment practices more systematic.
We all know that you have a lot of queries about the topics of this seminar, so we hope that we
would be able to answer those questions later as we go further.

PRAYER AND NATIONAL ANTHEM

God makes all things possible and we must commit everything to him. To make this endeavor
spiritual, may we all rise to offer our prayer of praise and thanksgiving through an Audio Visual
Presentation, after which, the singing of Philippine National Anthem.

WELCOME ADDRESS
At this juncture may we listen to the man of humility and steward for educational
Development, and our District MAPEH Coordinator, MR. DELFIN P. LLAGAS as he deliver
his Opening Remarks. May we give him a round of applause.

-To break the monotony, may we witness an intermission number from the selected pupils of
Tay-ac ES under the choreography Mrs. Paz and Mrs. Laurente.
