Blissful day!

Please be informed of the following:

1. School Fogging – August 31,2019, Saturday at 11:00 am

 Teachers/Advisers in the afternoon should make sure that all windows
are closed and room keys are turned-over to the Utility assigned in the
building.
2. MTAP will be rescheduled on the next Saturday because of the above activity.
3. There will be utility workers assigned in each building and so they are responsible
for the opening and closing of your doors and also for the safe-keeping of keys.
4. The following teachers are requested to be in the school during the “Fogging”
 Mr. Rolyn A. Noe – School Property Custodian
 Mr. Ronnie Ariate – School Clinic Assist./ Sch. DRRM Coor.
 Mr. Alvin Sanchez

5. Utility Workers with their assignments:

 Vilma B. Valiente (Canteen/ Feeding Bldg. & Adjacent Bldg. (Gr.1& Gr. 2)
 Jocelyn R. De Mesa (Kinder Bldg. & the bldg. at its back)
6. Clean –up Drive (in preparation for the fogging) – Kinder to Gr. VI on August
30,2019, Friday at AM Session: 6: 00 am – 7:30 am; PM Session: 4:00 – 5:30pm
