Preface
In the advent of advanced civilization,
where almost all the people including
Christians are too engrossed with
the complexities of life’s pressing
responsibilities, this book seeks to lessen
the burden of searching and studying
the minute details of biblical doctrines
like a “rocket science stuff” or ancient
novel literature.
In this book, the author seeks to provide
the readers with the same unchanging
biblical truths but outlines and explains
with related scriptural verses and brief
subheadings or questions for faster
understanding of its biblical claim.
Lastly, it is the author’s prayer that
this book will be read with much prayer and
total dependence on the Holy Spirit, and that
believers will be faithful until the second
coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

III. PRAYER – THE PRACTICE OF
TRUE BELIEVERS

Pray with faith

XVII. HELL AND LAKE OF FIRE ARE REAL
Is there still hope in hell? No
a. Luke 16:22 … the rich man also died,
and was buried;

off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

Where is hell? Down or beneath
c. Ezekiel 32:27 And they shall not lie
with the mighty that are fallen of the
uncircumcised, which are gone down
to hell with their weapons of war: and
they have laid their swords under their
heads, but their iniquities shall be upon
their bones, though they were the terror
of the mighty in the land of the living.
d. Psalms 55:15 Let death seize upon them,
and let them go down quick into hell:
for wickedness is in their dwellings, and
among them.
e. Isaiah 14:9 Hell from beneath is moved
for thee to meet thee at thy coming: it
stirreth up the dead for thee, even all
the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised
up from their thrones all the kings of
the nations.
What is the size and capacity of hell?
f. Isaiah 5:14 Therefore hell hath
enlarged herself, and opened her
mouth without measure: and their
glory, and their multitude, and their
pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall
descend into it.

g. Proverbs 27:20 Hell and destruction
are never full; so the eyes of man are
never satisfied.
Who will go to the Lake of Fire?
(1) The Unbelievers, (2) Satan, and
(3) his angels.
h. Psalms 9:17 The wicked shall be
turned into hell, and all the nations that
forget God.
i. Matthew 25:41 Then shall he say also
unto them on the left hand, Depart
from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire,
prepared for the devil and his angels:

j. Matthew 13:41 The Son of man shall

These both were cast alive into a
lake of fire burning with brimstone.
m. Revelations 20:10 And the devil that
deceived them was cast into the lake
of fire and brimstone, where the beast
and the false prophet are, and shall
be tormented day and night for ever
and ever.
What will happen to death and hell?
n. Revelations 20:14 And death and hell
were cast into the lake of fire. This is the
second death.

And whosoever was not found written
in the book of life was cast into the
lake of fire.
Hell is a temporary place of punishment,
while the Lake of Fire is the final destiny
of the unbelievers, Satan and his angels.
