completed, will become part of a bulletin board that shows how unique and diverse we
are as a school.

Steps:

I AM POEM EXAMPLE

I am Miss Erin Lindsey Yaremcio.

I wonder what life will be like in two hundred years.

I hear the sounds of my childhood piano.
I see my dog jumping like a kangaroo.
I want a gluten free and dairy free croissant.
I give endless support and second chances.
I will become a better version of myself.

I pretend that I know what my life will look like in ten years.
I feel scared when I think of the supernatural.
I touch the stars with my best friend Shayla.
I worry about where I will get a job when I graduate.
I need my dog and my boyfriend.
I cry while watching cute puppy rescue videos.

I was once shy and lonely.

I can empower my students with choices and set them up for success.
I want to see myself learn how to knit.
I live in a house that is filled with love.
I play Scrabble with my family.
I love the life I have created for myself.

I understand that sometimes I will fail.

I say that change starts from within.
I dream about the day that recycling is effortless.
I try to stop myself from worrying about the little things.
I hope that the people I love stay healthy and safe.
I am empathetic and kind.

I am Me.
