MINUTES OF THE HOMEROOM PTA MEETING

The meeting started with an opening prayer led by Mrs. Liberty Taoy. There were sixteen (16) parents out of twenty-
nine who attended the meeting. Miss Enriquez was the one who presided the meeting. The following are the discussions
made and agreed by the body.

I. RECOGNITION, MOVING UP AND GRADUATION

Miss Enriquez informed the parents/guardians that the tentative schedule for the school graduation and recognition
will be on April 4, 2019, as announced by Mrs. Jocelyn A. Luna. The date is subject for change if any conflict of schedule
arises.
The recognition, moving up and graduation ceremonies will be held on the same day. Graduation rites in the morning,
moving up and recognition ceremonies in the afternoon. There will be held a baccalaureate mass for the graduating
learners earlier on the day at eight o’clock in the morning. All the learners of Puente Elementary School are invited to
attend the mass, as well as the parents.
It has been a tradition in Puente Elementary School that the grade five learners will treat the graduating learners a
meal on their graduation day, after the baccalaureate mass. The parents/guardians understood and knew this already for
they have had children who also graduated from the school. As agreed by the parents/guardians, they will prepare lumpia,
pancit and puso. Each parent/guardian will contribute fifty pesos.

II. ADJOURNMENT
With no more concerns regarding the agendum of the meeting, it was adjourned at exactly 04:30 PM.
