 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

(1) The fees of Rs. 110/- (One Hundred Ten Only) for a student migrating from this
University to another statutory University. After paying the fees, on cash counter the form
should be returned in Migration Section with fees receipt.
(2) The application for the Migration Certificate should be accompanied by the Original
Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended and the original mark-sheet or
Passing Certificate (of the last examination) with a true copy of each duly certified by
the Head of the Institution concerned.
(3) In case of External Students, they should supply the original Passing Certificate of mark-
sheet and a self attastted copy of each duly certified by (1) Government Gazetted Officer,
(2) A Principal of an affiliated College of this University, (3) A Member of the Senate
(Court) of this University for the time being or (4) A Head Master of a full-fiedged High
School within the State of Gujarat.
(4) The application for the Migration Certificate will not be entertained if the documents are
not supplied.
(5) Migration Form will be Checked from 11-15 to 2-00.
(6) The Migration Certificate will be delivered on the next working day at 5-00 from Room
No. 14 (by producing Fee Receipt. )
