I’m writing this letter in regards to the advertisement I came across in a facebook page.
In the advertisement it was mentioned that there is a requirement for candidates in the
position of HR OFFICER and so I would like to apply for the same.

I have pursued my bachelor’s degree in marketing management from Negros Oriental State
University Bais City Campus II. I have been working with Toyota Dumaguete City in the
position of General Job- Job Controller for 2 years and Service Adviser for 6 months up to the
present. My job as Job Controller was to guide service advisers and technicians decisions by
establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures. Protects assets by
establishing, monitoring and enforcing internal controls. Monitors and confirms financial
condition by conducting audits, reports providing information to internal and external
auditors. Dispatching all the repair orders to the assigned technicians. Last January 2018 I
was promoted as the new B&P Service Adviser. My job is to initiate automotive services and
repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested; verifying warranty
and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining
