Long ago, there’s a couple named Adelina and Isagani.

Adelina
lived in Asingan Pangasinan while Isagani lived in Lingayen
Pangasinan. They met at Pangasinan State University at Dagupan
City where they pursue their perspective courses. My mother told
me that my dad is her loyal and ultimate suitor. My dad never stops
courting my mom just to get her sweetest Yes. And from that their
25 years of relationship as husband and wife granted lovely
children. The first child is John Bernabe Doria and the second one
is Jillian Faye Doria. And that’s me .

August 21, 1997, 7:19 pm, it is exactly the day that my Journey started.
I consider this day as the most important Day of my life. The precious
blessing I received from God and also to my mother who gave birth to me. I
am so thankful that as I open my eyes I have the opportunity to see the
beauty of the world. The greatest gift my parents gave me is my lovely name,
JILLIAN FAYE DUQUEZA DORIA. My parents told me that ‘Jillian’ means Joy
and ‘Faye’ means Faith. Actually my name Jillian should be Julian but my
mother changes it because on that time Julian sounds a name of a boy.
 They say the day you were born is the greatest gift from God but
it is more amazing if you experience the so could “childhood days”. Those
days are the days that the only problem you encounter is no one would like
to play with you don’t have candy anymore etc. Simple things that completes
your childhood. My mother is my first teacher before I entered Pre-school. I
am only 2 years and half when I started going to school. They call me “saling
pusa” by the students of my mother. They take care of me when my mother is
busy.

At Asingan North Central School begins the other chapter of my

life and that is my Elementary days. Those days for me are time of bringing
out my talents. I participate many events like quiz bee, dance contest, Girl
Scout and many more. I also met new friends that make a big part of my life. I
met my second mothers and that is my teachers. They are the one who
developed my skills aside from my mother. They are Co- teachers of my
mother so they place a big mark on this chapter of my life.

High School Days, the most unforgettable moments of my journey.

This part of my life occupies the hugest part. It leaves thousand memories,
moments, experience, emotions, happiness and also lessons learned. When I
was in First year high school I studied at Luciano Millan National high
school. And when I am second year I transferred at Divine word College of
Urdaneta where I promise my Alma matter. I also met friends, and my best
friends that complete my High school days.

Growing up is the stage where teenagers grown up like adults, where

they being matured, making decisions on their own and facing challenges
that teaches them to be a better person. And that time comes when you
entered college. I am only 16 years old when I enrolled in one of the famous
University, SLU. It is known for it’s high standard so my parents send me
here. I am currently pursuing Bs in Accountancy. Actually I don’t know why I
am enrolled myself to this course. I hate math, I hate analyzation, and I just
hate numbers but maybe fate leads me here. But I say to myself, I will focus
on my studies at the same time having fun and enjoy college.

10 years from now, after all the hardships, challenges passed and
sacrifices, this is the time I will become a successful CERTIFIED PUBLIC
ACCOUNTANT. I can’t imagine at that time I will buy those things that when I
am a child was just a dream. I will live in a mansion not just mansion but a
hello kitty house. I will buy my private car and not just car, it is a
personalized hello kitty car. One more thing that I dream of, travelling
around the world with the persons plays a very important role in my life and
that is my family. And I know this is the time I will have my own family and I
will gave a better life they deserved just like my parents gave me. And for all
this success I will thank God he guided me to reach those dreams or I should
say plans. And that was the magical journey of Jillian.
