Last week July 29,2017 We, the Industrial Engineering student are attending the
Regional Alignment Towards ASEAN Integration : A Learning Session an General
Membership Forum , at Aster Peony Hall ,fourth floor , J Centre Mall, Mandaue
City 1:00pm-5:00pm(SAT) .

The program started with the registration next was the invocation and the the
national anthem. Followed by the welcome remarks of the different ASEAN
Engineers. The ASEAN integration was discussed by Engr. Vicente L. Co , PIE
,ASEAN engineer, he is also the president of PIIE National.

Discussing the professional certificate through our PIIE Cebu Chapter . In learning
Mr. June Siegfred L. Sepe , was discussing the Cebu provincial development
projects . He is the department head in provincial general services in the provine
of cebu . It was founded in August 6, 1569 and currently being served by our 25th
governor , governor Hillario P. Davide III . The city of Cebu has 7 cities and 44
municipality . It was originally apportioned into six congressional district ; It is also
considered the richest province in the country according to the Commission on
Audit’s (COA’s) on latest report in 2015. Having the six agenda for the province of
Cebu . 1.Health and Social Services 2.Country side development 3. Education
and technical vocational training 4. Educational / environmental protection
5. Infrastructure development and private sector cooperation 6. The law and
order . The presence of Asean engineers keep us motivated to pursue our
industrial engineering profession , We can use the wisdom and the knowledge
that we gain from the Asean engineers and also we can share it to others so that
inspired there selves .
