was born on January 19 1998, her mother is Marissa P. Pabalan and his father is Jessie M. Villa.

2010 and her secondary education at Naic National Highschool in Naic, Cavite in 2014.
On June 2015, she enrolled at Granby Colleges of Science and Technology in Ibayo

Technology.

System. A Project Design. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Granby Colleges of
Science and Technology, Ibayo Silangan Naic, Cavite. April 2019. Adviser: Mr. Jovermer V.
Agudo.
Directory System is really a big challenge. The directory system needs to be used in a proper
manner. It should have automated and efficient monitoring system that’s why the developers
conducted a study.
The study was conducted from June 2018 to March 2019 at Granby Colleges of Science and
Technology to create useful and convenient Directory system. Specifically the study aimed to: 1.)
identify or find out where to place the Directory System, 2. test and evaluate the effectivity
Directory System and, 3.) implement the Directory System using Touch Screen Monitor at
Granby.
In developing the research topic, the developers used phase of Scrum Methodology which
includes the following phases of requirements; gathering phase, planning and design phase,
Thirty (30) participants evaluated the system software, which was composed of twenty
(20) GCST students, five (5) Parents, four (4) Teachers, one IT expert, President of the school, and
Vice President of the school. The system gained a total score of 4.88 from parents suggesting a
very satisfactory performance, 4.89 from GCST students aiming excellent functionalities, 4.56
from teachers suggesting very satisfactory performance and 4.48 from security guards suggesting
