Noriel R. Tafalla is the youngest child. He lives at Brgy. A Dalusag Gen. E .Aguinaldo

Cavite he was born on December 1, 1998, her mother is Normina Tafalla and his father is Roberto

Tafalla.

He obtained his elementary education at Guyong-Guyong Elementary School in Bailen,

Cavite in 2011 and his secondary education at General Emilio Aguinaldo National Highschool in

Bailen, Cavite in 2015.

On May 2015, he enrolled at Granby Colleges of Science and Technology in Ibayo

Silangan, Naic, Cavite for his college education and took up Bachelor of Science Information

Technology.

He obtained her degree on April 2019.

He wants to become a Great Soldier.

Jessica Pabalan is the eldest child. She lives at Brgy. Palangue Central Naic, Cavite she

was born on January 19 1998, her mother is Marissa P. Pabalan and his father is Jessie M. Villa.

She obtained her elementary education at Halang Elementary School in Naic, Cavite in

2010 and her secondary education at Naic National Highschool in Naic, Cavite in 2014.

On June 2015, she enrolled at Granby Colleges of Science and Technology in Ibayo

Silangan, Naic, Cavite for her college education and took up Bachelor of Science Information

Technology.

She obtained her degree on April 2019.

She wants to become an IT consultant to use her full knowledge and skills.

Cavite he was born on April 4 1993, her mother is Evangeline H. Duquiatan and his father is Suriel

B. Duquiatan.

Cavite in 2006 and his secondary education at Naic National Highschool in Naic, Cavite in 2010.

On June 2015, he enrolled at Granby Colleges of Science and Technology in Ibayo

Silangan, Naic, Cavite for his college education and took up Bachelor of Science Information

Technology.

He obtained her degree on April 2019.

Directory System is really a big challenge. The directory system needs to be used in a proper
manner. It should have automated and efficient monitoring system that’s why the developers
conducted a study.

The study was conducted from June 2018 to March 2019 at Granby Colleges of Science and

Technology to create useful and convenient Directory system. Specifically the study aimed to: 1.)

identify or find out where to place the Directory System, 2. test and evaluate the effectivity

Directory System and, 3.) implement the Directory System using Touch Screen Monitor at

Granby.
In developing the research topic, the developers used phase of Scrum Methodology which

includes the following phases of requirements; gathering phase, planning and design phase,

development phase, testing phase, and evaluation phase.

Thirty (30) participants evaluated the system software, which was composed of twenty

(20) GCST students, five (5) Parents, four (4) Teachers, one IT expert, President of the school, and

Vice President of the school. The system gained a total score of 4.88 from parents suggesting a

very satisfactory performance, 4.89 from GCST students aiming excellent functionalities, 4.56

from teachers suggesting very satisfactory performance and 4.48 from security guards suggesting

very satisfactory performance.
