Dear Sir,

We have reviewed the SR-M39 and SRM-V25 wells FLAF and our comments are as follows:-

SR-V25 Well-

1- Design temperature of flowline and piping is mentioned 80 degC. Design temperature for above ground
piping cannot be less than black bulb temp 82 deg C therefore 100 degC design temperature will be considered in
line with existing wells.-info
2-Relief valve set point is mentioned 120 barg in the FLAF But as per standardized RV set point, the set point for SR
well shall be 135 barg and same will be considered for the well.
3-The well is proposed to tie-in to the extended part of the S2 manifold. If the extended part of the manifold scope
is already executed then automated testing provision will be in place. This will be verified during the site visit.-Info
4-Minimum FTHT is 50 deg C which is not covered in AFD but there is no concern with respect to hydrate and
minimum design temp due to low FTHP and CITHP.-Info
5-FTHP for the well is mentioned 17 barg in the FLAF but the back pressure at the well pad is approx 23 barg.
Therefore back pressure will be reported in the hydraulic report. 23 barg and 17 barg both the pressure are not
covered in AFD design but having 23 barg FTHP is not a concern -info
6- Minimum flow 0.09 MMSCMD is not covered in AFD. However, the instrument team will check the suitability of
the venturi meter.
7-WGR is not covered in AFD but it is not a concern. Hydraulics will be performed by considered max WGR as a
conservative case.
8- We are considering that station partial RV is adequate for the service. If we need to review the same kindly let
us know.
