Mr. Frederick E. Dato led the
prayer.
Mr. Amrah Phil Solano
acknowledged the attendees,
explained the purpose then
called the first speaker.
Mr. Wilbert Venzon explained Clearly explained and
the status of Grade 12 ICT understood and there was no
work immersion. question raised.
 That there was already
a MOA between the
school and the SBMA
for TVL-ICT students.
 That deployment of
OJT to SBMA
Company have started
last January 29, 2018.
 That all ICT students
are expected to finish
their OJT before
graduation.
Mr. Amrah Phil Solano
reiterated that students under
the TVL Track are required to
undergo work immersion and
those under the Academic
Track have an option to have
the culminating activity related
to their specialization instead
of on-the-job training.
The Inquiries, Investigation
and Immersion subject had
been discussed clearly to the
parents by the subject
teacher, (yours truly).
 That students need to
conduct interview and
survey to the company
where they had their
training as part of their
research subject.
 That parents need to

sign waiver before

their child have to start
the said
interview/survey
especially if it’s done
outside of the school.
 That students need the
support from their
parents at this time of
their studies both
financial and
emotional.
 That this subject
(Inquiries,
Investigation and
Immersion) is a
separate subject from
their Work Immersion.

D. Graduation Pictures Mr. Zaldy Danaytan informed

the parents about the
upcoming Grade 12
graduation rite and asked the
consensus of the parents
about graduation picture
package amounting to 250.00.
It was emphasized during the
meaning that this matter
would be in a voluntary basis
and not compulsory.
There were 44
parents/guardians who
voluntarily agreed by signing
their names on the
“pumapayag” column. (Pls.
see attached list of names of
parents.)

V. Other matters
