Here are some important things that the participant should know :
a. Paying registration fee amount Rp 500.000,- (Indonesian) and 50 USD (Foreigners). And send
Directly to the Committee Account : Account Number: Bank BRI Syariah 1041-09-8623 by
the name LAILATUL MUKARROMAH and reconfirm via WA to: (087855573352).
Paying Deadline on March 22, 2019.
b. Each participant will be responsible flight trip to and from Sidoarjo Regency – Surabaya City,
East Java, Indonesian.
 Juanda International Airport
 Sidoarjo Train Station (SDA)
c. Check in Hotel on 2 PM Thursday, 25th April 2019 and check out at 11 AM – 1 PM Monday,
29th April 2019.
d. Bring formal clothes as follows: Long Sleeve White Shirt, Black Pants, Batik, Black Suit,
Training pants, Long T-shirt Non Tight, Red Tie and Black Shoes.
e. Obey and comply with the provisions of steering committee and official committee.

Along with the mandotory items, do not forget to pack appropriate attires suitable for the
activities that will be done during the event and personal medicine. In accordance to the event,
we would like to inform you that itis illegal to bring frugs into Indonesian and death penalty will
be charged. It is also prohibited to smoke in Sidoarjo Regency – Surabaya City, East Java,
Indonesian. Please make a survey before your departure to avoid any difficulties.
