    The current document is a brief summary day by day of the Alstom service on Brou1 and Brou2 of unit 30 on
    CPB Plant in Bahia Blanca.
    Sempell will release a complete report of the service.

    13.09.2014 Sa. To 15.09.2014 Mo. Travel to site and Visa

    16.09.2014 Tu. Preparations for valve disassembly. CPB was removing isolation on Brou1 and Brou2
    Valves.

    17.09.2014 We. CPB released the area in order to Alstom start the valves dismantling. The Brou2 (MP)
    valve disassembly started.

    24.09.2014 We. CPB Preparation jobs for grinding on Brou1 (HP) and Brou2 welding (MP).
    Sempell sent the welding procedure and recommendations.

    Brou2 seatring welding cleaning and heat treatment previus to weld.

    25.09.2014 Td. CPB perform the Brou2 (MP) Welding according with Babcock manual. The valve was
    controlled heated to 250 o C before the welding start. The welding was TIG (Union CrMo910 2,5m). After
    welding was finished a heat treatment was applied rising up the temperature to 650 oC during 2 (two) hours.
    On Brou1 (HP) a pneumatic tool was mounted to the valve body and the body seat was machined from
    16:00hrs to 7:00 next day.

    by CPB. On Brou2 CPB is performing post welding heat treatment.
