PALEMBANG BIRD PARK

Palembang Bird Park Park is one of the interesting tourist destinations for families in Palembang, South
Sumatra.. It is located in the OPI Jakabaring Mall Palembang area, not far from the Jakabaring OPI Water
Fun. Here there are more than 100 species of birds, such as parakeets, starlings, older siblings, walnuts,
zebras, and other species.Besides birds, there are also various other animals such as turtles, iguanas, rabbits,
chicken kate, guinea pigs, horses, and snakes.

We can enter this place by pay the Ticket prices 50,000 rupiah per person include bird food, such as grains,
crickets, fruits, and vegetables. That way, visitors can feed birds, except for birds with certain
cages.Palembang Bird Park are open everyday from 08.00 am - 06.00 pm.

Many animals here can make our children happy. For parents who want to keep children away from the
gadget while this bird park can be an option. Here there are many areas of animals that are also suitable to be
introduced to children.

This area has an area of 2 hectares with hundreds of protected birds. Birds available include white peacock,
bali starling, cendawasih, and Macao pink from Australia. The bird is a bird that is free to maintain, but some
of them include protected birds.

As the name implies, Palembang Bird Park has more birds than other animals. Also made are special two
giant cages and several small cages for birds that cannot be combined.

Special owls and crows are located in different enclosures because this species includes wild birds and is
highly protected. Here there is also a cage for bird birds.

This area is located at the front, right of the ticket ticket window. This fish pond contains hundreds of fish
that can be a children's play area. The pool is also not too deep so it is not dangerous for children.Children
who want to feed the fish can buy tied food for IDR 5,000. Can also use food that has been obtained when
paying the ticket window.

Marmot cages can be the next destination. Here there will be ponies, deer, goats, sheep, rabbits and guinea
pigs. Take it easy, because all the animals are tame. In addition to these animals, there are animals that can
be invited to take photos, namely pythons and owls. The two animals are not dangerous and have become the
choice of object visitors to take pictures. Rates for photos with snakes or owls are charged at Rp 10,000.

In addition, in this tourist park there is a greenhouse area. This area is commonly referred to as a greenhouse
because this giant bird cage is surrounded by glass. There are thousands of different types of birds with
different colors and chirps.Visitors can also play in this giant bird cage provided they have to wash their
hands first. After leaving the cage, visitors are also required to wash their hands again. Outside the cage, a
sink is provided for visitors.
