Oo Irmovetiion and Tint Bee TO BE THE FOREMOST COMPANY IN THE PRECAST CONCRETE PRODUCT INDUSTRY To be the market leader in precast conerete industry in Indonesia. To provide excellent services to customers on the fulfillment of quality, time and price. To apply management system and technology which can increase efficiency, consistently maintain the quality, ensure the occupational health and safety based on environmental requirement. To continuously grow together with business partners for a mutual benefit. To enhance employees competence and welfare. BOARD OF COMIISIONERS : 41. Muryadi Yusuf (2resident) 2, Sutedjo Wirokusumo 3. Kusnindar 4, Asfiah Mahdiani BOARD OF DIRECTORS : 4. A, Boediono (President) 2. Wilfred A, Singkali 3. Bambang Legowo 4. Adji Fimantoro Business activities in precast concrete products were initiated by PT Wijaya Karya since 1978. The robust economic growth and developments in Indonesia at that time accelerated the growth of Precast concrete products business. To anticipate I, PT Waa Kacya Continued to expand Is business opertions by seting up new plans) factories end creating variety ofthe products, Tmorder to enhance its operations and professionali, PT Wiaya kanya Beton (Wika Beton) was established as a subsidiary company of PT Wijaya Karya on March 11, 1997. ‘As the Market Leader in the industry in Indonesia, Wika Beton is ‘supported by its opertion network which consists of 7 (seven) plants) factories, and several sales offices scattered throughout Indonesia The operation network Is created to ensure the customers’ satisfaction. PRECAST CONCRETE PRODUCTS Precast concrete products are commonly used in the construction nowadays. Almost all of the structures require it I is simply because the use of precast concrete has lot of advantages. Itis fast. The components of the structures, which is made of precast concrete, can be simultaneously manufactured with the other construction activites. Hence, it saves time, It is economical and durable. Initially, we use timber or stool in somo ofthe structures. The use of timber will need more frequent replacement, as itis not strong and does not last long, Steel is becoming expensive. Moreover those materials require maintenance, whereas conerete Is maintenance ft Flexibility in shape, The shape can be produced in ‘accordance to the requirement. ‘Quality assured. The production are centralized in ono place: and can be easily controlled PC SPUN PILES Wika PC Spun Pies produced by the process of spinning. The high level of concrete compactness as a resuit of centrifugal force causes Wika PCSpun Pile to have high durability and permeability to withstand certain environment condition PC Spun Pll is designed to bear various types of structures, It is used among others on high-rise buldings, industrial buildings, marine structures, bridges, etc PC SPUN SQUARE PILES PC Spun Square Piles is 2 hollow square pile which Is produced by the process of spinning. The pile can be used for deep foundation of structures, such as high-ise bulkinas, industrial buildings, bridges, marine structures, etc Ie has many advantages compared with normal square ples. The bearing Capacity is relatively equal to the normal square pile although it requires less usage of material. I's lighter so that t can reduce transportation cost. BRIDGE CONCRETE PRODUCTS ‘These products are used as the components of fly over or bridge structures. Initially the beams were produced only in "I" shape. Presently, we produce box girders, Ulcers, et and lo produce voided sab, concrete caphvagm, ha sl os complement of he strutres. ’ “The adr are produced in two metho, pos tensioned ane pretensoned process of | stressing, sleet tothe conditions an rements. The petnsoned gir s2 monoltic ‘leder which is economical as i does not require additional prestressing accessories and Prestressing process at the construction ste Li Post-tensioned girder Is produced in segments and normally assembled and post * tensioned at ste. The Segmental girder is required when the weight and sie of girder does not enable it to belted and trensported. RETAINING WALL CONCRETE PRODUCTS Prestressed Concrete Sheet Pile was inal produced in fat shape. PC Corrugated Sheet Pe Is subsequently produced to get a better performance for certain conltions. PC sheet pile normally usedas permanent structures of retaining walls ike quay wall, revetments, jetties, break waters, reclamation walls training dykes, foot protection, dolphins, dock als, cutoff was river embankments, water contol gates, et. ‘The preference of using conaete sheet piles for the convenience and the law cost In Its constructlon/instlltion work MARINE STRUCTURE CONCRETE PRODUCTS ‘The application of precast concrete products in marine structures has an additional advarzages. Not only do we have fester and more economical contruction work, it also makes the jb easier. The construction wark wil be more complicated if there Stil cast in site concrete work Concrete Piles, Sheet Piles, Gide, Slabs, et. are required for structures like whart/etty, brcge, break water, ete HYDRO STRUCTURE CONCRETE PRODUCTS ‘The main product ofthis structures concrete pipe, which consists oflow pressure pipes ‘and pressure pipes. The low pressure pipe is used as sewerage, water distribution, etc ‘The pressure pipes producedusing vib pressed centrifugal system to gat high density concrete wth low permeablity and nw shrinkage, I is used as raw water transmission pipes 2s part of water treatment plant winch requires very high resistance tothe water pressure. RAILWAY CONCRETE PRODUCTS Raivay sleeper produced by Wika Beton is monoblack pretensioned concrete steeper using the single ne preduction system. The production method developed by Wika Beton is Aerible and suitable for the conuitons in Indonesia The ather products related to railway are catenary poles, slab for ralway bridge, ballast protection wall, alway crossing, et. PRESTRESSED SPUN CONCRETE POLES “The Prestressed Spun Concrete Pole (PC Pole) produced using the centrifugal ‘method constitutes the last generation of the electrical oie development in Indonesia. From wooden pol, stel pole and square ‘concrete pole, prestressed spun concrete pole were subsequently introduced. This type of concrete poles produced in various types for low-voltage, medium-votage and high voltage cectical distribution networks. To facta handling in remote ‘areas, Wika Poles are also produced in segments OTHER PRECAST CONCRETE PRODUCTS \Wika Beton also produces other type of standard products as wells custom; mage products as required by our custo Some of the products are : + Prestressed Square Piles, angular Plles = Pipe Rack foro company Water Storage and Water Cooling Tower for power plant Building and Housing Components Fen Underground tity Ducting, Prete pcan | \ A!
