serve your office with official notice of my lawful standing as Sovereign Secured Party and Creditor.

As a direct results of the out of control fraud that has taken place between the Bar attorneys

authorization to use, disclose, extort money, commit identity theft, forge my name in all capital or switched in
different ways, report, list or store my name or my personal information for any purpose. Your agency is hereby
ordered by Estoppel to remove all computer entries, records, histories, paper documents, references and details in
the name of the Debtor and give notice to The Secured Party addressed below. Failure to comply is considered an
International Criminal Action under UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODES with severe penalty at law.
4. No agency or corporate entity shall have jurisdiction over the Secured Party whatsoever. The flesh and blood

Said artificial DEBTOR entity has been separated from myself, the
real Sentient Stephanie Ann Harvey© who is a CREDITOR not a
DEBTOR. The Defendant, Sentient or and Affiant identifies herself as
the "authorized representative" for this non-existent fictitious
BUSINESS ENTITY with his same name but spelled in all CAPS, and is
not surety for its corporate debts.

The Defendant, Sentient and or Affiant accepts the oath of office

that any prosecuting Attorney, judge, and court officials have taken
in which they have swore to uphold the Constitution; which is a
legal binding contract were upon they can be held accountable for
any fraudulent actions they may take against the Defendant,
Sentient and or Affiant.

There is no evidence that Affiant waives, has waived, or intends to

waive any of his God Given Natural Rights, Human Rights,
Constitutional Rights, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence,
States Rights, Civil Rights, or remedies and defenses including,
without limitation, the defense of want for in Rem and in Personam.
"The making of a valid Reservation of Rights preserves whatever
rights the person then possesses, and prevents the loss of such
rights by application of concepts of waiver or estoppel." (UCG1-
308.9)

own pleasure." US Supreme Court in Wilson v Omaha India Tribe 442
US 653, 667 (1979): "In common usage, the term person' does not
include the sovereign, and statutes employing the word are

construed to exclude it."

Therefore any human being who wishes to claim any right or

authority over the Affiant, must first prove that their power legally
exist, and is above God's Power and Authority, Failure to prove the

requirements means that all claims to authority over the Affiant are
abandoned and/or are an unlawful act of fraud and or extortion
against the Defendant, Sentient, or Affiant. This Affidavit is a
Declaration of the Defendants, Sentient or Affiant's claim to his God
Given Natural Rights, and birthrights as an American Citizen. It also
gives the real person Stephanie Ann Harvey© a lawful reason to file
a law suit against anyone who would seek to harm him.

There is no evidence that Affiant is a citizen of UNITED STATES INC,

subject, vessel or "person" or any ens legis artificial entity,
procedural phantom, legal fiction or juristic personality.

If you find this AFFIDAVIT OF STATUS AS SECURED PARTY AND CREDITOR to be in error, send rebuttal of the
points herein to the Secured Party and Creditor, signed by an authorized representative or attorney for your corporation
under oath and agreement to testify to the facts and understanding before a jury under penalty of perjury.

Furthermore: If your corporate agency has any lawful commercial claim against the Sentient, Flesh and Blood, Non-

address below with valid proof of claim.

If an authorized representative of your agency fails to respond with a valid affidavit of truth in the form of a rebuttal or

natural being, or you ignore this notice and remain silent without stating your claim for a period of (10) Ten days,
